Vinny's training is built around the physical demands of motorsport — neck and shoulder strength to resist G-forces, core stability for precise car control under braking, leg strength for consistent pedal pressure, and cardiovascular conditioning to maintain focus and reaction time deep into a race when fatigue sets in.
